7-1-9: TAPPING OF MAINS:

A. No tapping of the water mains of the City shall be made or permitted, except when made in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the City which may be changed from time to time by the Council. (1975 Code § 7-1-9)

B. A fee for tapping the water main of the City shall be charged for all said taps. The fee shall be established by resolution of the Council. (1998 Code)
