6-2-3: URINATING OR DEFECATING IN PUBLIC:

It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in or upon any street, alley, public place or in any place open to public view; provided, that this Section shall not apply to restrooms or public facilities designated for such purpose. (Ord. 10-95, 9-5-1995; amd. 1998 Code)
