6-1-2: DEPARTMENT OF SANITATION:

The Department of Sanitation in the City shall be under the direction of the City Manager. It shall be the duty of said Department of Sanitation to collect all garbage and refuse in accordance with the regulations of this Chapter. (1975 Code § 6-3-8)
