5-4-6: ACTIONS CONSTITUTING A NUISANCE:
   A.   Animal Excrement: It shall be unlawful for any person who possesses, harbors, or is in charge of any dog or other domestic animal not to immediately remove excrement deposited by said animal upon a common thoroughfare, street, sidewalk, play area, park, or upon any other public property, or upon any private property when permission of the owner or tenant of said property has not been obtained, and such is hereby deemed to be a public nuisance and prohibited. Animal excrement shall not be placed in storm sewers but shall be disposed of in a sanitary manner.
   B.   Damage To Premises Of Others: It shall be unlawful for any owner of any animal to allow or permit such animal to pass upon the premises of another thereby causing damage to, or interference with, the premises.
   C.   Disturbances; Noise; Chasing Persons Or Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for an owner of any animal to allow or permit such animal to cause serious annoyance or disturbance to any person or persons by frequent and habitual howling, yelping, barking, meowing, or otherwise; or by running after or chasing persons, bicycles, automobiles, or other vehicles.
