5-3-6: PENALTY FOR VIOLATION:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 1-92, 6-16-1992; amd. 1998 Code)
