5-2-2: LARCENY OF ELECTRIC CURRENT OR WATER:

It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully and with intent to defraud in any manner to take from the wires, pipes or meters or any other apparatus of any electric motor, electric light or waterworks, any electric current or water. (1975 Code § 5-2-14)
