Pursuant to Section 339.02
(a), Center Ridge Road (S.R. 20), Columbia Road (S.R. 252), Detroit Road (S.R. 254), State Route 2/I-90, and any other roads/streets as designated by the Director of Public Safety are hereby designated as the truck routes within the City of Westlake. All other roads and streets within the City of Westlake are hereby designated as restricted traffic thoroughfares and no trucks or other vehicles over five tons shall travel thereon except when operation is necessary to load or unload, to go to or from the usual place of storage of the vehicle or to perform the business of receiving or delivering goods as set forth in Section 339.02
