There is hereby established a Traffic Control File which shall be prepared and kept to date by the Police Department and maintained in the Police Department. The File shall constitute the permanent and official record of through streets, stop intersections, yield right-of-way intersections, restricted turn intersections, one-way streets, loading zones, prohibited and limited parking areas, angle parking areas and such other designations as the Police Chief may specify.
The Traffic Control File is incorporated as part of this Traffic Code.
The Traffic Control File shall include the following information:
(a) Type of traffic control designation;
(b) Complete description of the street or area affected;
(c) Ordinance or regulation of the Police Chief authorizing the designation;
(d) Effective date of designation;
(e) Date proper signs and markings were erected.
