(a) Computers, fax machines, electronic mail and internet access are provided for the conduct of public business and no commercial use thereof is permitted.
(b) De minimus personal use of City computers for faxes, internet access for email and other such uses are permitted but must not interfere with the employee’s conduct of their daily business. The employee shall insure that the City incurs no cost or expense as a result of personal use of any such equipment.
