167.16 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.

Council shall from time to time enter into a collective bargaining agreement with various employees within the City. The terms and provisions of the current collective bargaining agreement when in conflict with the terms and provisions of the various sections under this chapter shall take precedence over and control such conflicting provisions of this chapter.
