141.08 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PERSONNEL.

The Mayor shall have the authority to hire two information technology personnel to meet daily service and maintenance needs of the City for communications equipment, computer hardware and computer software, provided Council appropriates the necessary funds for the positions. The Technical Support Analyst and the IT Infrastructure Manager shall report directly to the Mayor and shall perform such other duties as directed by the Mayor.
