141.06 SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR.

The Mayor shall have the authority to hire a Systems Administrator to meet daily service and maintenance needs of the City for communications equipment, computer hardware and computer software, provided Council appropriates the necessary funds for the position. The Systems Administrator shall report directly to the Mayor and shall perform such other duties as directed by the Mayor.
