135.01 DISHONESTY AND FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE OF DUTY INSURANCE POLICY.

Prior to the commencement of the discharge of the duties of the Director of Finance, a Dishonesty and Faithful Performance of Duty Insurance Policy shall be in effect and apply to the Director of Finance. Such policy shall be in lieu of the execution of a surety bond. The Director of Finance shall not commence the discharge of his duties until such coverage is documented and proof thereof is provided to the Mayor. (Ord. 2019-137. Passed 12-19-19.)
