1386.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING AND BUILDING CODES.

Before proceeding with the installation of any new or retrofitted commercial exterior lighting, a permit shall first be obtained from the Planning Director or his/her designee. All work shall be in accordance with the provisions of Zoning Code Section 1230.03 and Building Codes of the City.
