707.03 HOURS AND DATES OF OPERATION.

(a) An outdoor dining facility shall operate only between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-midnight, Sunday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m.-l:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

(b) Any temporary weather protection utilized in the operation of outdoor dining facilities, as set forth in Section 707.02(d)(1), shall not be used between January 1 and March 15.
