The display of a single current license plate and validation sticker on a motor vehicle as required under Section 4503.19 of the Revised Code and Section 335.09 of the Westlake Codified Ordinances sufficiently indicates that the vehicle is registered in this State. Any reference in the Revised Code or the Westlake Codified Ordinances to license plates, a set of license plates, registration plates or validation stickers is deemed to be a reference to the single license plate and
validation sticker required by that Section.
