1385.07 LIMITATION OF SCOPE.

(a) The square footage of the interim structure may not exceed ten percent (10%) of the square footage for the permanent structure but in no case shall the interim structure exceed 10,000 square feet.

(b) The interim structure shall be limited to one story and may not have a basement area. (Ord. 1998-43. Passed 2-5-98.)
