An interim structure shall be defined as a building which falls under the jurisdiction of the Ohio Basic Building Code, utilized for the same purpose for which a development plan has been approved but intended for use only while a more permanent building, the square footage of which must exceed 75,000 square feet as documented in the application for building permit, is under construction in conformance with the full and complete terms of the approved development plan.
