1367.05 MINIMUM REQUIRED REMAINING SOIL.

No topsoil shall be removed from any lands within the City to such an extent that less than four inches of topsoil remains above the subsoil, clay or other unproductive ground. Any issuance of a permit in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be conditioned by this limitation.
