1367.02 REMOVAL NEAR STREETS OR DWELLINGS.

In order to preserve the public health, safety and welfare, no permit shall be issued for the removal of topsoil within 300 feet of any dedicated street or highway in the City, or within 150 feet of any existing dwelling.
