1365.05 SPAS AND HOT TUBS.

(a) Permanently Installed Spas and Hot Tubs. Permanently installed spas and hot tubs shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the American National Standards Institute National Spa and Pool Institute-3 standards for permanently installed residential spas.

(b) Portable Spas and Hot Tubs. Portable spas and hot tubs shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the American National Standards Institute - National Spa and Pool Institute standards for residential portable spas.
