1365.04 SWIMMING POOLS.

(a) In-Ground Pools. In-ground pools shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the American National Standards Institute - National Spa and Pool Institute Standards-5 for swimming pools.

(b) Above-Ground and On-Ground Pools. Above-ground and on-ground pools shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the American National Standards Institute-4 National Spa and Pool Institute standards for above-ground and on-ground residential swimming pools.
