1365.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING AND BUILDING CODES.

Before proceeding with the installation, construction or excavation for a permanent swimming pool, spa or hot tub a permit shall first be obtained from the Director of Inspections. All work shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning and Building Codes of the City.
