1361.03 SHEATHING FOR BUILDINGS.

(a) All buildings designed for dwellings shall be fully sheathed before the finish cover of shingles, siding, veneer, etc., is applied.

(b) Wherever insulation board is used as sheathing, the framework of the building shall be fully corner braced.
