(a) A permit to move a building shall not be issued unless the application is approved and all required information has been furnished and all conditions have been performed by the applicant.
(b) Within thirty days after issuance of the permit, the house or building must be moved or the permit will be void, unless an extension of time is granted by the Director of Inspections because of an act of God, a strike or an appeal taken to the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals.
(c) The fee for a permit to move a building shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) and a certified check for this amount shall be deposited with the City before the permit is issued. All buildings being moved in the City shall be moved off of the street within five hours. Any permit holder allowing a building to remain on any City street in excess of five hours shall pay an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each hour or fraction thereof.
