1357.08 REGULATIONS FOR PROCEEDING WITH WORK.
   All wrecking or demolition work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and with the least amount of noise possible. No work shall begin earlier than 8:00 a.m. and work shall cease no later than 5:00 p.m., except in case of urgent necessity in the interest of public health and safety, and then only after first securing a permit from the Director of Inspections. Care shall be taken to protect neighboring structures with adequate shoring and whatever else is needful to protect such structures. Signs stating "Wrecking and demolition work going on - No trespassing" shall be erected on each side of the building that faces on a public street or alley. Adequate protection shall be provided to prevent injury to any City or public utility appurtenances, and barricades and lamps shall be provided to protect all persons.
