An application for a permit to wreck or demolish any building in the City shall be made in writing to the Director of Inspections with a copy to any utility company serving the premises, and to the owners or agents of adjoining or neighboring premises. Such application shall give the locations of the building, the date when wrecking or demolition is to commence and the approximate time which such wrecking or demolition shall require. In no event shall the demolition time exceed fourteen working days. No demolition shall take place on Sunday or legal holidays.
