1355.03 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.

Applications for licenses to let, rent or lease apartments shall be obtained from the Director of Inspections at the time a building permit is issued for the construction of such apartments. The applications shall be returned to the Director of Inspections with the required license fees before a certificate of occupancy is issued.
