1343.03 APPLICABILITY.

This regulation shall apply to all residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities responsible for discharges to the MS4 and on any lands in the City of Westlake, except for those discharges generated by the activities applicable in 1343.07 of this Chapter.
