1337.04 VIOLATIONS.

No person shall fail, within the time above prescribed by the Director of Engineering, to correct all violations specified in the notice and to restore the previous status or otherwise to comply with the served notice. Each day a violation continues after the time prescribed by the Director for completion shall constitute a separate offense.
