1321.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(b) Terms of imprisonment for misdemeanors of the third degree shall not be more than sixty days.

(c) Fines for misdemeanor of the third degree shall not be more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 1987-52. Passed 3-19-87.)
