(a) Subcontractor and General Contractor Requirements. Upon receipt of the completed application, the required registration bond and the payment of the initial registration fee in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00), the Director of Inspections shall issue a registration to the applicant. (b) Term: Renewal. The initial registration shall expire on December 31 of the year of issuance and may be renewed annually thereafter upon the payment of an annual renewal fee in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
