Whenever an inspection described in this chapter is requested or required for a day or at a time other than the regularly scheduled hours of operation of City Hall, then, in addition to any and all other fees as set forth in this chapter, there shall be a fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the first two hours and an additional one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour, or portion thereof, for each separate site inspection.
