1315.08 FAILURE TO OBTAIN PERMIT BEFORE WORK.

Where permits are not obtained before the start of the work, the fee shall be increased three hundred percent (300%) of the total amount, such increase to be in addition to any penalty imposed upon the violator under Section 1231.99 of the Zoning Code or 1313.99 of this Building Code.
