The permit or inspection fees set forth in this chapter shall be as set forth herein. For inspections for which no fee is hereafter prescribed, payment shall be made for the time actually consumed in such inspection at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour. It shall be computed from the time of arrival at the place where the work is to be inspected to the time of departure therefrom. Such fees shall be collected by the Director of Finance.
