The City or its representative may inspect development areas to determine compliance with these regulations. If it is determined that a violation of these regulations exists, the responsible person shall be notified of the deficiencies or noncompliance. After a period of thirty days for voluntary compliance, the inspector shall report the deficiency or noncompliance to the Director of Engineering of the City. The City, upon determination that a person is not complying with these regulations, may issue, by certified mail, an order to comply. The order shall describe the problem and the work needed and specify a date whereby the work must be completed.
