1130.07 APPEALS.

Any decision or determination by the Director of Inspections or the Planning Commission pertaining to buffering requirements may be appealed to the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals under the procedures established in Article IV, Section 10, of the City Charter and under Chapter 1233 of these Codified Ordinances.
