1125.09 RESUBDIVIDING OR VACATING A RECORDED SUBDIVISION.
   An application for resubdividing, replatting or vacation of a subdivision shall be made by the owner thereof to the Planning Commission in the same form as for an original subdivision, along with all required maps, a title search, a report from a title company and other information requested by the Planning Commission. The title report shall include the results of a title search of the property to be resubdivided and the land abutting the property to be resubdivided. The original lots shall be shown by dotted lines, and lot numbers and other references shall be made to the previously recorded subdivision. If approved by the Commission, those types of replatting and vacating actions as required by the provisions of Ohio R.C. 711.17 to 711.31, inclusive, shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas.
