The City shall make available to developers copies of these Land Planning and Subdivision Regulations, the Zoning Code, Guide Plan, Thoroughfare Plan, local street plans and other adopted plans, street maps and other information which may affect the development of the property under consideration. Applications for approval of a subdivision shall be in accord with these Regulations, other codes and plans as adopted and information furnished.
