957.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF FEE.

Each person and/or applicable third party receiving services by the City’s emergency medical service for basic life support, advanced life support, Level I and II, and transport to a medical facility by the City shall be charged a utilization fee as determined by the Mayor and approved by Council. A current fee schedule shall be kept on file with the Fire Chief and the Director of Finance. (Ord. 2023-4. Passed 2-2-23.)
