(a) Any individual property owner or tenant who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided, shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense and two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for the second offense and all subsequent offenses within a two year period of time. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Any Association which violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for the first offense, five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the second offense within a two year period of time and seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for the third and all subsequent offenses within a two year period of time.
