949.20 NOTICE OF REPEAT OFFENDERS.

In the event of a second citation for a violation of any provision of this chapter within six (6) calendar months of a previous citation, the notice requirement under this chapter shall be twenty-four (24) hours of correction, as opposed to the five (5) days required under Section 949.18.
