915.07 NPDES PERMIT LIMITS.

The Rocky River Wastewater Treatment Plant is operated under conditions set forth in its current NPDES permit issued by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. Required pretreatment of wastes will be in accordance with the NPDES permit conditions and Chapter 913, the Pretreatment Chapter of Westlake as amended.
