The Director of Engineering shall not issue a permit for the repair, replacement or installation of a sidewalk improvement after a date specified by Council if Council has elected to proceed with a public improvement pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 727, Ohio R.C. Chapter 729, other provisions of State law or other provisions of the Codified Ordinances of the City and has adopted appropriate legislation therefor. (Ord. 2001-5.
