As used in this chapter, "home sale" means a sale of personal property to the general public conducted on any portion of a resident's property within a Residential Zoning District, including but not limited to, garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, carport sales, basement sales, porch sales, driveway sales and the like, and the sale or offering for sale of any motor vehicle or recreational vehicle as defined in Section 1211.30 of the Zoning Code.
