533.18 OBSCENE LANGUAGE AND INDECENT ACTS.

(a) No person shall purposely or knowingly use any scandalous, obscene, lewd, filthy or other indecent language to any other person, or of or concerning any other person in the hearing of another or others, or make any immodest, lewd or indecent act to or in the known presence of any other person. (Ord. 3087. Passed 10-1-42.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
