533.17 OFFENSES AGAINST FEMALES.
   (a)   No person shall accost or follow or by words or gestures invade or disturb the privacy of, or threaten or annoy any female person within the City.
(Ord. 1967-42. Passed 4-20-67.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
