(a) No person shall bathe in any body of water or pool within the City, or in any public park in a naked state or with his person so much undressed that there is an indecent exposure of the body publicly, or where he may be publicly seen. (Ord. 3087. Passed 10-1-42.)
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
