373.23 REGISTRATION OF STOLEN BICYCLE.
   (a)   No person shall knowingly register or cause to be registered a bicycle which has been stolen.
(Ord. 1973-126. Passed 11-15-73.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
