373.19 REGISTRATION PLATE OR DECAL LOST OR DESTROYED.

In the event a registration plate or decal is lost or destroyed, the Director of Finance, if satisfied of such fact, shall issue a new registration plate or decal upon the application of the owner of the bicycle.
